摘 要:民航快速发展,枢纽机场在民航全行业以及国家战略规划中的地位不断提升。本文着眼于民航发展现状,创新性地提出准二级、准三级枢纽机场概念,丰富现有机场层级结构,并采用标准离差TOPSIS模型,构建一套区域机场评价体系。以内蒙古自治区为例验证,得到最优的五个评价结果分别是:鄂尔多斯、包头、赤峰、呼伦贝尔和通辽。从发展的角度为未来机场体系的规划提供评价依据。With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,the status of hub airports in civil aviation and even national strategic planning has been continuously improved.This paper focuses on the development status of civil aviation,innovatively proposes the concept of quasi-secondary and quasi-tertiary hub airports,enriches the existing airport hierarchy,and adopts the standard deviation TOPSIS model to build a set of regional airport evaluation system,taking the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,and obtains the best five evaluation results under the existing development level,namely:Ordos,Baotou,Chifeng,Hulunbuir and Tongliao.And from the perspective of development,it provides strategic guidance for the planning of the future airport system.
