摘 要:为解决通航应急响应中无法充分利用已有的大量应急信息导致决策不当、影响应急效率的问题,提出了基于知识图谱的应急处置技术。文中首先基于知识图谱阐述了通航应急信息处置知识图谱的构建流程,然后分别构建应急需求知识图谱、决策施救知识图谱以及决策优化知识图谱3个子图谱,以及包含3个子图谱的通航应急信息处置知识图谱。实现了高效的动态应急信息处置方法,为决策人员针对应急基本信息的处置与决策实施提供了数据基础与辅助决策。In order to solve the problem that the existing large amount of emergency information cannot be fully utilized in the emergency response of general aviation,resulting in improper decision-making and affecting the emergency efficiency,an emergency response technology based on the knowledge graph is proposed.In this paper,the construction process of the general aviation emergency information disposal knowledge graph is first elaborated based on the knowledge graph,and then the three sub-graphs of the emergency demand knowledge graph,the decision-making rescue knowledge graph and the decision-making optimization knowledge graph are built respectively,and the general aviation emergency information disposal knowledge graph containing 3 sub-graphs are built respectively.It realizes the eficient dynamic emergency information disposal method,and provides the data basis and auxiliary decision-making for decision-makers for the disposal of emergency basic information and decision-making implementation.
