摘　　要：目的 探讨CT对腹盆部外伤患者的临床诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析经我院诊治的49例腹盆部外伤患者的腹盆部CT平扫+增强的检查结果,与外科手术确诊结果相比较,来分析评价CT对腹盆部外伤患者的诊断价值。结果 49例患者中,有28例CT诊断单纯性腹盆部脏器损伤(57.1%),20例复合性腹盆部脏器损伤(40.8%),1例CT未找到明确病因(2.0%);有27例经外科手术确诊为单纯性腹盆部脏器损伤(55.1%),22例复合性腹盆部脏器损伤(44.9%);CT诊断结果与手术病理结果,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT平扫+增强对腹盆部外伤患者的诊断准确率高,可作为腹盆部外伤患者的首选检查方法,有利于早期指导治疗,为临床手术治疗提供可靠的依据。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of computed tomography(CT)in patients with abdominal and pelvic trauma.Methods The results of CT scan without con-trast and with contrast in 49 patients with abdominal and pelvic trauma diagnosed and treated by our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the diagnostic value of CT in patients with abdominal and pelvic trauma was analyzed and compared with the results of surgical diagnosis.Results Among the 49 patients,28(57.1%)were diagnosed with simple abdominal and pelvic organ injury by CT,20(40.8%)were diagnosed with complex abdominal and pelvic organ injury,and 1 case(2.0%)had no clear cause found by CT.There were 27 cases(55.1%)of simple abdominal and pelvic organ injury and 22 cases(44.9%)of complex abdominal and pelvic organ injury confirmed by surgery.There was no significant difference between CT diagnosis and surgical pathology(P>0.05).Conclusions CT scan without contrast and with contrast has a high diagnostic accuracy in patients with abdominal and pelvic trauma,and can be used as the preferred examination method for patients with abdominal and pelvic trauma,which is conducive to early guidance treatment and provides a reliable basis for clinical surgical treatment.
