摘  要:文章基于LQC(lighter, quicker, cheaper)模式介入新余市钢丝厂社区空间环境微更新实践案例,在对钢丝厂社区居民进行深入细致的观察与走访,并邀请居民广泛参与的基础上,以具有“轻、快、省”为特征的设施、活动为媒介,以激发社区空间环境提升潜力、还原社区文化与场所精神、加强社区居民的凝聚力与认同感为目标,探索适合当下老旧社区空间环境提升的微更新途径。Combined with LQC(lighter,quicker,cheaper)model,the paper intervened in the micro-renewal cases of the spatial environment in the Steel Wire Factory Community of Xinyu.The paper conducted in-depth and detailed investigation and interview on the residents in the Steel Wire Factory Community,and invited the residents to participate in widely.With the facilities and events of“lighter,quicker and cheaper”as the medium,the paper explores the micro-renewal approach suitable for the spatial environment improvement of old communities,in order to promote the potential of spatial environment improvement,to restore the culture and spirit of place of the community,and to strengthen the cohesion and sense of identity of the residents.
