大学路生活性历史街道空间品质优化策略研究

摘　　要：随着城市发展中心从“增量建设”转变为“存量改造”,街道空间的使用品质也逐渐成为城乡规划发展的主要内驱力。研究旨在优化大学路生活性历史街道的空间品质,根据大学路历史街道特点制定保护原则,从历史建筑价值保护要素、交通空间、公共设施三个方面提出优化街道空间品质的策略及修复设计。通过对历史建筑价值保护要素的修复设计、设立潮汐车道及更新基础服务设施的更新设计,优化大学路街道空间品质,以期为今后类似历史街道的更新改造提供参考。As the center of urban development shifts from“incremental construction”to“stock transformation”,the use quality of street space is becoming a major driver for the development of urban and rural planning.This paper aims to optimize the spatial quality of the living historical streets on Daxue Road.According to the characteristics of the historical street on Daxue Road,this paper develops the conservation principles,and proposes the strategies and restoration designs for optimizing the spatial quality of the street from three aspects:the conservation elements of historic architectural values,traffic space and public facilities.Through the restoration design for the protection elements of the value of historical buildings,the establishment of tidal lanes and the renewal design of basic service facilities,the spatial quality of Daxue Road is optimized,with a view to providing a reference for the renewal of similar historical streets in the future.
