数字经济时代下中央商务区发展模式研究——以深圳北站国际商务区为例

摘　　要：中央商务区的演变规律历来是城市空间研究的重要课题。作为一个依托于高铁枢纽演变而来的新兴中央商务区,深圳北站国际商务区基本按照规划建设,其功能演变规划和产业空间统筹具有典型的代表性。本研究在中央商务区功能演变规律的研究框架下,结合数字经济的产业发展趋势,提出了北站国际商务区未来产业发展模式和空间统筹的针对性建议,同时为数字经济时代下中央商务区发展的功能演变规律、产业发展模式及产业空间布局提供了一个创新的发展思路。The evolution principle of central business district(CBD)has always been an important topic in the study of urban space.As a new CBD evolved from high-speed railway,Shenzhen North Railway Station International Business District is constructed basically according to the principle,which function evolution and industrial space planning have representative value of research.Under the framework of the study of the function evolution law of CBD and the industrial development trend of digital economy,this paper gives pertinent suggestions on the development pattern of the future industrial space and spatial coordination of Shenzhen North Railway Station International Business District.Meanwhile,it provides an innovative development strategy for the functional evaluation law,industrial development model and industrial space layout of CBD in the era of digital economy.
