基于在地性的城市度假酒店设计研究——以茂名迎宾馆花园酒店为例

摘　　要：基于在地性的城市度假酒店设计研究是一种对在地生活方式与场所精神的追求,城市度假酒店以当地的气候条件、地域文化、自然环境、人文环境及场地现状条件等为背景,通过对空间环境的营造,体现和满足人们对度假酒店的独特性、舒适性、综合性的需求。文章以笔者设计的茂名迎宾馆改造升级为茂名迎宾馆花园酒店为例,对其基于在地性的设计进行研究,提出了“在地化”概念,并探讨了基于在地性的设计方法与策略。The research on the design of urban resort hotels based on local characteristics is a pursuit of local lifestyle and spirit of place.The urban resort hotels reflect and meet people’s demand for the uniqueness,comfort and comprehensiveness of resort hotels through the construction of the space environment with the background of local climate conditions,regional culture,natural environment,human environment and site conditions.This paper takes the transformation and upgrading of Maoming Guest House designed by the author to Maoming Guest House Garden Hotel as an example,studies its design based on locality,puts forward the concept of“localization”,and discusses the design methods and strategies based on locality.
