摘 要:沉淀池排泥水和炭/砂滤池反冲洗水作为水厂的生产废水,具有水量大、水质复杂的特点,对其进行安全回收是建设节水型社会的重要措施。该研究探讨了陶粒-超滤组合工艺对生产废水中浑浊度与颗粒数、有机污染物、微生物、金属等指标的控制效果,评价了其出水安全回用原水端的可行性。结果表明,下向流陶粒过滤作为预处理时,超滤工艺能够有效保障水厂生产废水的出水水质。在4.5 m^(3)/h的最佳进水流速下,出水浑浊度能够控制在0.1 NTU以下,并基本完全去除了颗粒物;有机物的去除率并不高,TOC的去除率为31.01%,但能够有效控制三卤甲烷等消毒副产物的生成;微生物得到了完全的去除;嗅味物质2-MIB的去除率达到了79.76%;金属铝质量浓度控制在0.1 mg/L以下。因此,面对生产废水的复杂水质条件,陶粒-超滤组合工艺表现出优异的净水效能,实现了废水的安全回用。Discharge water from sedimentation tanks and backwash water from carbon/sand filters in WTPs are known as production wastewater,possess characteristics of large volume and complex water quality.Safe recycling and reusing wastewater is a crucial measure for establishing a water-saving society.This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of a combined process involving ceramic grain filtration and ultrafiltration in controlling turbidity,particle count,organic pollutants,microorganisms,metals,and other indices in production wastewater.The feasibility of safely reusing the treated wastewater as source water was evaluated.The findings demonstrated that the implementation of downflow ceramsite filtration as a pre-treatment process effectively ensured the water quality of the treated production wastewater.Operating at an optimal influent flow rate of 4.5 m^(3)/h,the effluent turbidity was successfully maintained below 0.1 NTU,and the removal of particulate matter was nearly complete.Although the removal efficiency of organic matter was relatively modest,with a total organic carbon(TOC)removal rate of 31.01%,it effectively mitigated the generation of disinfection by-products,such as trihalomethanes.Microorganisms were entirely eliminated,and the removal rate of the odor compound 2-MIB reached 79.76%.Additionally,the concentration of aluminum was consistently controlled below 0.1 mg/L.Consequently,when confronted with the complex water quality challenges of production wastewater,the combination process of ceramic grain filtration and ultrafiltration exhibited exceptional performance in water purification,enabling the safe reuse of the wastewater.
