摘  要:2018年—2021年北方某市年供水量从1.220×10^(10)m^(3)增长至1.326×10^(10)m^(3),随着社会对供水量和供水水质需求的增长,降低水厂能耗势在必行。研究通过对水厂A的能耗数据进行统计分析、建立模型,分别从进水提升能耗和水处理能耗两方面提出降低单吨水电耗的建议。分析发现该水厂水处理能耗占总供水能耗的35.95%,显著高于常规工艺水厂的水处理能耗占比。通过对比进水提升泵房两个泵组的耗电量和变频泵频率发现,在相似的供水量条件下,以较低频率运行的提升泵组具有更低的吨水电耗。在工艺中,预臭氧、后臭氧和紫外消毒能耗比例占前3位,通过对预、后臭氧投加量和吨水电耗建模分析,并结合预、后臭氧投加剂量优化论证,提出了在满足出水水质的前提下,以节能降耗为目标的预、后臭氧的投加方案。The annual water supply of a north city increased from 1.220 billion m^(3)of 2018 to 1.326 billion m^(3)of 2021.With the increasingly social demand for water supply quantity and water quality,it is imperative to reduce the energy consumption of water treatment plants(WTPs).In this study,by statistical analysis and establishing models of energy data from WTP A,proposals for reducing energy consumption per ton of water were made from two aspects of lift pump station and water treatment process.It was found that energy consumption of water treatment process accounted for 35.95%of water supply energy,which is much higher than that in WTP with traditional water treatment process.By comparing power consumption and variable pump frequency of two groups of lifting pumps,lower energy consumption per ton of water was achieved by the group with lower frequency of variable frequency pumps under the condition of similar water supply.The energy consumption of pre-ozone oxidation,main ozone oxidation and ultraviolet disinfection accounted for the top three in water treatment processes.The model of per-and post-ozone dosage and power comsumption per ton of water was established,and the effect of ozone oxidation on water quality was revealed.And then the proposal was made to meet the requirement both energy saving and finished water quality.
