摘  要:为了提升高盐工业废水生化处理深度脱氮效果,通过将耐盐复合菌的培养富集、污泥的耐盐驯化培育而成的缺氧反硝化耐盐菌和耐盐好氧菌分别投加入缺氧池与好氧池,考察了该生物强化技术处理高盐废水脱氮效果。试验结果表明,2.0%盐度条件下耐盐好氧菌生长状态良好,在24 h内生长达到稳定期,稳定期长达32 h。随着生化进水盐度由2.0%增加到4.5%,活性污泥结构由松散变致密,污泥体积指数由95 mL/g降至30 mL/g,污泥的沉降性能增强。好氧池与缺氧池于启动阶段分别投加1%的好氧、缺氧反硝化耐盐菌,可使缺氧池出水的硝态氮质量浓度稳定下降至5 mg/L左右,硝态氮去除率维持在85%左右;好氧池出水氨氮质量浓度低于2 mg/L,去除率高达97%左右,总氮质量浓度为10 mg/L,去除率为80%左右。达到预期处理效果后,无需定期补充耐盐菌种,生化系统可稳定运行。耐盐复合菌生物强化技术可有效提升高盐废水的生化深度脱氮效果。In order to improve the advanced nitrogen removal effect of high salinity wastewater,denitrifying salt-tolerant anoxic bacteria and salt-tolerant aerobic bacteria,which were formed by the methods of culture enrichment and sludge acclimatization,were added to the anoxic pond and the aerobic pond respectively,and the nitrogen removal effect of the bioaugmentation technology in treating high salt wastewater was investigated.Results showed that salt-tolerant aerobic bacteria grew well and were stable within 24 h and 32 h under 2.0%salinity.The activated sludge structure changed from loose to dense when the salinity of wastewater increased from 2.0%to 4.5%,while the sludge volume index decreased from 95 mL/g to 30 mL/g and the sedimentation performance of the sludge was enhanced.During the start-up phase,1%denitrifying salt-tolerant anoxic bacteria and salt-tolerant aerobic bacteria were added to the aerobic pond and anoxic pond,respectively.The nitrate nitrogen in the effluent from the anoxic pond steadily decreased to about 5 mg/L,and the nitrate nitrogen removal rate remained at about 85%;The ammonia nitrogen in the effluent of aerobic pond effluent was less than 2 mg/L and the removal rate of it reached about 97%,the total nitrogen was 10 mg/L and the removal rate of it was about 80%.After achieving the expected treatment effect,there was no need to regularly supplement salt tolerant bacteria,and the biochemical system had been running stably.The addition of salt-tolerant bacteria could ensure effectively the advanced nitrogen removal effect of high-salt wastewater.
