MBR在更严格排放标准污水处理厂不停产提标扩能改造中的应用

摘　　要：某污水处理厂原处理规模为10万m^(3)/d,设计出水水质执行一级A标准,现要求处理规模为15万m^(3)/d,出水达到《四川省岷江、沱江流域水污染物排放标准》(DB 51/2311—2016)。综合考虑排放标准、改造要求和剩余土地等因素,改造或直接利用已有构筑物,并新建少量构筑物。在不停产、不增加占地面积情况下将“厌氧-缺氧-好氧(AAO)+二沉池”工艺改造为“AAO+膜生物反应器(MBR)”工艺,满足提标和扩能的双重要求。改造后生化区水力停留时间(HRT)从原来的11.845 h降到7.846 h,膜区HRT为2.15 h,厌氧区、缺氧区、好氧区和膜区污泥质量浓度(MLSS)分别为3410、5120、6400 mg/L和8000 mg/L。显著的生化处理效果和MBR的截留作用共同保障出水水质稳定满足新排放标准。文章为剩余土地有限、出水水质要求高和要求不停产施工的类似污水处理厂的改造提供了参考。The original treatment capacity of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)is 100000 m^(3)/d,and the designed effluent quality meets the first class A criteria.Now the treatment capacity is required to be 150000 m^(3)/d,the effluent meets the Water Pollutant Discharge Standards for Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basins in Sichuan Province(DB 51/2311—2016).Considering the emission standards,reconstruction requirements and remaining land,the existing structures are reconstructed or directly utilized,and a small number of structures are newly built.The AAO+secondary sedimentation tank process is reconstructed to AAO+MBR process without stopping production and increasing the floor area,which meets the double requirements of standard raising and capacity expansion.After reconstruction,the HRT of biochemical zone decreases from 11.845 h to 7.846 h,the HRT of membrane zone is 2.15 h,and the MLSS of anaerobic zone,anoxic zone,aerobic zone and membrane zone are 3410,5120,6400 mg/L and 8000 mg/L,respectively.Significant biochemical treatment effect and MBR interception jointly ensure that effluent quality steadily meets the new discharge standard.It provides a reference for upgrading and reconstruction of similar WWTPs with land shortage,high requirements for effluent quality and non-stop production.
