摘　　要：近年来,高校毕业生人数屡创新高,受国内外经济形势复杂多变的影响,就业形势日趋复杂严峻。本文以天津市高校为样本,对高校毕业生和用人单位进行调研分析,围绕如何化解就业不利影响、建立高质量的就业指导服务体系进行研究,提出在拓展就业资源、强化就业信息化建设、加强就业观教育、健全就业指导课程体系建设等方面精准发力,提升高校就业指导与服务水平,促进毕业生高质量充分就业。The scale of college graduates has expanded continuously during recent years.Meanwhile,the employment of graduates is more difficult under the complicated and changeable economic environment all around the world.In order to promote higher quality and quantity of employment for college graduates,this thesis takes the colleges and universities in Tianjin as an example to explore the way of establishing a high-quality system of employment guidance and service for college graduates,which including expanding the employment market,improving the employment concept of college students,upgrading the employment management system and enhancing the professional level of employment guidance.
