摘  要:逆变器各功率单元输出频率、输出时长不一致会导致输出功率不均衡,为此提出基于IPD调制的多电平逆变器功率均衡控制方法。分析多电平逆变器拓扑结构和空间矢量模型,将分析结果作为多电平逆变器功率均衡控制的理论基础。考虑功率器件开关频率和容量之间的矛盾引入载波相移正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)脉冲分配技术,再基于脉冲循环分配法改进IPD调制策略,通过改进的IPD型SPWM脉冲分配策略实现多电平逆变器功率均衡控制。实验结果表明,所提方法控制下的线电压THD值和谐波与基波幅值比较低,达到了功率均衡的目标。Inconsistent output frequency and duration of power unit of the inverter may lead to unbalanced output power.Therefore,a method of contrlling the power of multilevel inverter based on IPD modulation was proposed.Firstly,the topology structure and space vector model of multilevel inverter were analyzed,and then the analysis result was taken as the theoretical basis for balance control of multilevel inverters.After considering the contradiction between the switching frequency and capacity of power devices,the carrier phase-shift sine pulse width modulation(SPWM)pulse allocation technology was introduced.After that,the IPD modulation strategy was improved by using the pulse cycle allocation method.Finally,the power balance control of multilevel inverter was realized through the improved IPD SPWM pulse allocation strategy.Experimental results show that the THD value of line voltage and the amplitude of harmonic and fundamental waves under the control of the proposed method are relatively low,and power equalization is achieved.
