摘 要:为了确定影响冷却空调系统气流组织的因素,提出了基于CFD仿真的冷却空调系统气流组织数值模拟方法。利用质量守恒方程、动量守恒方程和能量守恒方程,得到冷却空调系统气流组织数值模拟的控制方程,通过计算地板的压力损失,构建冷却空调系统模型,利用CFD仿真软件数值模拟冷却空调系统气流组织。结果表明,架空地板高度和地板送风格栅开孔率会对冷却空调系统气流组织产生影响,数值模拟结果得到的最佳架空地板高度为600mm和800mm,但是当架空地板高度超过800mm以后,冷却空调系统的冷却效果得到明显改善,当地板格栅开孔率处于组合布置形式时,冷却空调系统的冷却效果最佳。In order to determine the factors affecting the airflow distribution of the cooling air-conditioning system,this paper proposed a numerical imitation method of airflow distribution in the cooling air-conditioning system based on CFD simulation.At first,the mass-conservation equation,momentum-conservation equation and energyconservation equation were used to obtain the control equation for the numerical simulation of airflow distribution in the cooling air-conditioning system.After calculating the pressure loss of the floor,a model of the cooling air-conditioning system was constructed.In the meanwhile,CFD simulation software was used to numerically simulate the airflow distribution of the system.Simulation results show that the height of the overhead floor and the porosity of the floor air grille will affect the airflow distribution of the system.The optimal height of the overhead floor is 600mm and 800mm respectively.When the height of the overhead floor exceeds 800mm,the cooling effect is significantly improved.When the porosity of the floor air grille is in a combined layout,the cooling air-conditioning system achieves the best cooling effect.
