摘  要:高速钢轨滚动接触疲劳(Rolling Contact Fatigue:RCF)裂纹是高铁钢轨主要损伤之一,而电涡流无损检测是检测铁磁性材料中裂纹最有效的方法之一。为深入理解电涡流无损检测中电场和磁场的耦合关系,以及静态和高速运行状态下钢轨中电磁场的分布,联合MATLAB、ANSYS Maxwell和数据库技术构建了基于.NET技术的高铁RCF裂纹电涡流检测评估仿真系统。其分别由钢轨RCF裂纹的静态电磁场解析计算模块、高速钢轨RCF裂纹直流电磁无损检测2D仿真模块和高速钢轨RCF裂纹直流电磁无损检测3D仿真模块构成。最后将该仿真系统应用到钢轨RCF裂纹静态和动态磁场的计算中,为电涡流无损检测正逆向问题研究、高速钢轨中RCF裂纹的定量检测方法、涡流检测装置设计和试验验证提供支持。Rolling Contact Fatigue(RCF)defect is one of the main damages of the high-speed rail and eddy current non-destructive testing is one of the most effective ways to detect the defects in ferromagnetic materials.In order to deeply understand the coupling relationship of electric field and magnetic field as well as the static and dynamic electromagnetic field distribution of eddy current non-destructive testing,this paper combines MATLAB,ANSYS Maxwell and database technology to develop a computation system of eddy current technique for the RFC defect detection in high-speed rail based on NET technology.The system consists of three modules:the static electromagnetic analytic calculation module for the RFC defect in high speed rail,2D simulation module of DC electromagnetic non-destructive testing,and 3D simulation module of DC electromagnetic non-destructive testing for the RFC defects in high-speed.Finally,the computation system of eddy current technique was applied to analyse the influence of the geometric parameters of RFC on the static and dynamic magnetic field,which is helpful to research on the forward/inverse problem in eddy current method,and provides support for the research of forward and reverse problems in eddy current non-destructive testing,quantitative detection methods for RCF cracks in high-speed rails,design of eddy current testing devices,and experimental verification.
