摘 要:为降低电源电路的输入电压和电流的谐波畸变,优化LED产品的功率因数校正效果,设计LED电源驱动器功率校正电路,并对其进行仿真测试。上述电路由变压器、控制电路、电源滤波器、功率校正电路构成。选用PQ69_52型号的变压器磁芯,构建变压器的磁芯模型。根据磁芯模型对变压器参数实施仿真计算。基于IR1150单周期控制芯片设计EMI控制电路。在电源滤波器的设计中,选择FSD32滤波电感、FDDF21差模滤波电容、FDDF23共模滤波电容。在功率校正电路的设计中,功率因数校正变换器选用LLC谐振变换器,交流电经过电源滤波器会变为100Hz的正弦半波,而通过升压变换器能将其升压为400V的DC电压,保证正弦半波电压和电流电感成正比例关系,使二者呈现一致的相位,实现功率因数校正的作用。电路仿真测试结果表明:设计的仿真电路输入电压与输入电流畸变最小,电流谐波与电压谐波畸变率最低,电感电流纹波波形波动最小,说明其用电效率最高即功率因数最高,实现了设计目标。In order to reduce the harmonic distortion of input voltage and input current in the power circuit and optimize power factor correction of LED products,a power calibration circuit of the LED driver is designed and simulated.This circuit is composed of a transformer,control circuit,power filter and power correction circuit.The model name of the transformer core is PQ69_52,which is used to construct the model of the transformer core.At first,the core model was used for a numerical simulation of transformer parameters.Then,the EMI control circuit was designed based on IR1150 one-cycle control chip.During the design of the power filter,FSD32 filter inductance,FDDF21 differential-mode filter capacitor and FDDF23 common mode filter capacitor were selected.During the design of the power correction circuit,LLC resonant converter was selected as the power factor correction converter.The alternating current became a 100Hz half-sine wave through the power filter,and it was boosted to a 400V DC voltage through a boost converter,so that the voltage of the half-sine wave could be proportional to the current inductance,thus presenting the same phase and the power factor correction.The simulation result shows that the designed circuit has the minimum distortion of input voltage and input current and the lowest distortion rate of current harmonic and voltage harmonic,as well as the minimum fluctuation of inductance current ripple waveform,indicating that it has the highest power consumption efficiency or highest power factor.The design goal is achieved.
