摘  要:电助熔炉采用电极直接对物料加热,广泛应用于玻璃生产、冶金、固废处理领域,炉内电阻设计是电极助熔炉设计的关键指标。采用数值模拟方法,在二维电阻计算公式的基础上,分析浆液深度与宽度约束对电阻的影响,计算三维三相三电极底插熔融炉的电阻,修正了现有的电阻计算公式。针对熔融炉实验平台,对比实验结果、数值模拟结果、修正公式计算结果,验证该公式的可靠性。结果表明,利用修正公式计算的电阻与实验值相比相对偏差为4.43%,对比数值模拟结果的相对偏差3.51%,但节约了计算时间,该公式可用于指导工程设计。Electric furnace uses electrodes to heat material directly,which widely is applied in glass production,metallurgy,solid waste treatment fields.The resistance of the molten pool in the furnace is the key index for the furnace design.On the basis of two-dimensional resistance calculation formula,the influence of molten pool depth and width constraints on resistance is analyzed,and the resistance of three-dimensional three-phase three-electrode bottom-inserted furnace is calculated to revise the existing resistance calculation formula.The reliability of the modified formula is verified by comparing the experimental result,numerical simulation result and formula calculation result for the melting furnace experimental platform.The result shows that the relative deviation between the modified formula and the experimental value is 4.43%,which is higher than the simulation result 3.51%,but the calculation time is saved.The formula can be used to guide the engineering design.
