摘 要:多线切割机是目前切割硬脆材料的主流设备,其主机架作为主要受载部件对整机平稳运行起关键作用,其设计合理性对切割材料的表面质量有极大影响。文中采用某厂多线切割机主机架尺寸参数建立三维模型,通过有限元软件进行动静特性分析,并进行拓扑优化,为肋板布置提供参考,在此基础上,建立不同样式的肋板模型,并对其进行多目标尺寸优化,改善主机架结构以满足刚度及铸件厚度差要求,减少因结构设计不合理而产生的缩松缩孔缺陷,最终得到3种情况下的最优设计,为工业生产提供参考。The multi-wire cutting machine is the mainstream equipment for cutting hard and brittle materials.Its main frame as the major loading part plays a key role in smooth operation of the whole machine.Its design rationality has great influence on surface quality of cutting materials.In this article,the three-dimensional model is set up by means of the size parameters of the multi-linear cutting machine's main frame in a factory.The dynamic and static characteristics are explored with the help of the finite-element software,and topology optimization is carried out to provide reference for the layout of rib plate.On this basis,the models of different rib plates are established,and then multi-objective dimension optimization is carried out to improve the main frame structure as well as meet the requirements of stiffness and casting thickness difference.As a result,the defects of shrinkage caused by unreasonable structure design have decreased,and the optimal design in three cases is worked out,which provides reference for industrial production.
