基于MATLAB的“8”字形无碳小车轨迹仿真及其设计方法

摘　　要：根据第七届全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛的要求,文中设计并制造了一种将重力势能转化为机械能并能实现“8”字形轨迹行走的小车。运用UG NX12.0设计无碳小车“8”字形优质理论轨迹。为保证行走轨迹的重复性、防止行走过程的卡顿和翻车,将UG NX12.0得到的点集导入MATLAB进行轨迹仿真,修正影响轨迹的参数,从而获得满足设计要求的凸轮轮廓。采用SoildWorks建立无碳小车的三维模型并对其结构进行分析。小车运行结果表明:小车行走轨迹重复性好,能完成2.5次“8”字形轨迹,顺利绕过30个障碍桩,行走29.5 m。该无碳小车结构设计合理,在实际比赛中荣获省级一等奖,轨迹仿真及设计方法适用范围广,对此类工程竞赛及其他机构的设计开发具有较大工程指导意义。According to the requirements of the 7th National College Students Comprehensive Ability Competition in Engineering Training,in this article a carbon-free car is designed and produced which converts the gravity energy into the mechanical energy and realizes the 8-shaped track.The UG NX12.O software is applied to design the 8-shaped optimal track of the carbonfree car in theory.In order to ensure that the walking track can be repeated and prevent any stuck and rollover during the walking process,the point set obtained from UG NX12.O is imported into MATLAB for track simulation,and the parameters affecting the track are corrected;as a result,the cam profile which meets the design requirements is worked out.Besides,the three-dimensional model of the carbon-free car is built with the help of Soild Works,and its structure is explored.The car-running results show that the car with good repeatability can complete 2.5 times of the 8-shaped track,smoothly bypassing 30 obstacle piles and covering a distance of 29.5 meters.The carbon-free car with reasonable structure design won the first prize at the provincial level in the competition;the method of track simulation and design is widely used,which has significance for design and development of such engineering competitions and other mechanisms.
