摘 要:为提高产品设计的满意度,衡量产品评价因素对设计的重要性,准确获取用户需求,提升用户体验,提出模糊德尔菲法(Fuzzy Delphi Method, FDM)与结构方程模型(Structural Equation Model, SEM)相结合的评价方法;基于FDM筛选计算机水冷机箱评价指标因素,建立层级评价指标模型,并基于SEM提出假设,创建水冷机箱的用户满意度评价模型,得出标准化回归系数,分析各潜变量对用户满意度的影响,提出设计方案的改进意见。研究表明:该方法可减少设计评价中指标量化的主观性,帮助设计人员确定指标因素的优先级,明确设计重点,提升用户满意度,为产品设计方案的评选提供参考。In order to improve user satisfaction with product design,measure the importance of product evaluation factors on product design,and accurately obtain user requirement and improve user experience,an evaluation method combining fuzzy delphi method with structural equation model was proposed.Based on FDM,the evaluation index elements of computer case were screened to establish the hierarchical evaluation index model.On this basis,the evaluation model of user satisfaction of watercooled case was established based on the hypothesis proposed by SEM to obtain the standardized regression coefficient.The influence of each latent variable on user satisfaction was analyzed to put forward the improvement suggestion of the design scheme.The research showed that this method could systematically reduce the subjectivity in quantifying design evaluation indexes,help designers to determine the priority of index factors,so as to grasp the design focus,improve user satisfaction,and also provide quantifiable references for the selection of product design scheme.
