摘  要:在小批量科研生产过程中,为解决数控车床使用组合夹具加工异型工件时,被加工工件定位面和车床主轴平行,不同轴及因夹具夹紧变形而产生的工件超差问题。通过增加弯板工装调整机构和提高夹具结构刚性的方法,设计一种新型可调组合夹具。生产实践证明,夹具结构设计合理,能有效保证工件的加工精度,实用性强。In the process of small batch scientific research and production,in order to solve the problem that the positioning surface of the workpiece to be processed is parallel to the lathe spindle,different axes and the workpiece out of tolerance caused by the clamping deformation of the fixture when the CNC lathe uses the modular fixture to process the special-shaped workpiece,a type of adjustable combined fixture is designed by adding the adjusting mechanism of bending tooling and improving the structural rigidity of the fixture.The production practice has proved that the fixture structure design is reasonable,could ensure the machining accuracy of the workpiece,and has strong practicability.
