摘　　要：目的:探讨孕早期正念认知干预对妊娠期并发症的预防效果.方法:选取2020年6月至2022年6月本院收治的88例存在妊娠期糖尿病和妊娠期高血压高危因素的孕妇为研究对象,随机将孕妇分为联合组(n=44,孕早期高危因素筛查结合正念认知干预)和对照组(n=44,孕早期高危因素筛查干预),两组孕妇均干预至分娩.比较两组孕妇血糖水平、血压水平、娠期高血压和妊娠期糖尿病的发生率.结果:与干预前相比,分娩前两组孕妇血糖水平均降低,联合组孕妇血糖水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组孕妇收缩压与舒张压均降低,联合组孕妇收缩压与舒张压低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后联合组妊娠期高血压和妊娠期糖尿病的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:孕早期正念认知干预能够降低妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压孕妇的血糖和血压.Objective:To explore the preventive effect of mindfulness cognitive intervention in early pregnancy on gestational complications.Methods:A total of 88 pregnant women with high-risk factors of gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension admitted to the hospital were enrolled between June 2020 and June 2022,and they were randomly divided into combination group(n=44,mindfulness cognitive intervention on basis of control group)and control group(n=44,high-risk factors screening in early pregnancy).All pregnant women were intervened tll delivery.The blood glucose,blood pressure and incidence of gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes mellitus were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with that before intervention,level of blood glucose was decreased in both groups before delivery,and the level of blood glucose in combination group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were decreased,which were lower in combination group than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,incidence of gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes mellitus in combination group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mindfulness cognitive intervention in early pregnancy can lower blood glucose and blood pressure in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension.
