压力系统理论联合叙事干预在重度抑郁症患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨在重度抑郁症患者护理中采取压力系统理论联合叙事干预的应用效果.方法:回顾性分析本院2021年3月至2023年3月收治的88例重度抑郁症患者的临床资料,依照护理方式的不同将其分为观察组(n=44,实行压力系统理论联合叙事护理)和对照组(n=44,行常规护理),均持续护理1个月.比较两组抑郁情绪、应对方式、生活质量.结果:观察组患者护理1个月后汉密顿抑郁量表-17(HAMD-17)评分低于对照组,简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)中积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组,生活质量测定量表简表(QOL-BREF)评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:压力系统理论联合叙事干预可缓解重度抑郁症患者抑郁情绪,帮助患者以更加积极的态度应对疾病,提升生活质量.Objective:To explore the application effect of stress system theory combined with narrative intervention in the care of patients with severe depression.Methods:A total of 88 patients with severe depression admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The observation group was given implementing stress system theory combined narrative nursing and the control group was given routine nursing measures.Both groups were given continuous nursing for 1 month.Depression mood,coping style and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results:After one month of nursing care,the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)-17 score of observation group patients was lower than that of control group,the positive coping score in the simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)was higher than that of control group,the negative coping score was lower than that of control group,and the quality of life brief scale(QOL-BREF)score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The combination of stress system theory and narrative intervention can alleviate the depressive mood of patients with severe depression,enable them to respond to the disease with a more positive attitude,and improve their quality of life.
