急救绿色通道联合临床护理路径对蛇咬伤急救护理的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨急救绿色通道联合临床护理路径在蛇咬伤急救护理中的应用效果.方法:选取2020年4月至2022年11月期间本院收治的蛇咬伤患者92例作为研究对象,依据入院时间分成研究组(n=46,急救绿色通道干预加用临床护理路径干预),对照组(n=46,急救绿色通道干预).统计对比两组救治时间、临床效果以及护理满意度.结果:与对照组相比较,研究组入院处置时间、机械通气时间、住院时间明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组意外拔管率、肺部感染率、紧急气管插管率低于对照组,预见性气管插管率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组护理满意度比较,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:急救绿色通道联合临床护理路径用于蛇咬伤患者急救护理,可提高治疗效果,缩短救治时间,增强护理满意度.Objective:To explore the application effect of emergency green channel combined with clinical nursing path in emergency nursing of Snakebite.Methods:Ninety-two cases of Snakebite patients admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to November 2022 were selected as research objects,and divided into a study group(n=46,emergency green channel intervention combined with clinical nursing pathway intervention)and a control group(n=46,emergency green channel intervention)based on admission time.The treatment time,clinical efficacy,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment time,mechanical ventilation time,and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly reduced,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The accidental extubation rate,pulmonary infection rate and emergency Tracheal intubation rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the predictive Tracheal intubation rate was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups showed that the research group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency green channel interventioncombined with clinical nursing path can improve treatment effect,shorten treatment time and enhance nursing satisfaction.
