摘　　要：近年来国内50岁及以上HIV/AIDS病例的报告不断增加,老年人群HIV感染的形势严峻。目前,国内外对老年人群的艾滋病干预还未得到广泛推广,干预的手段也比较局限和单一,亟需精准有效的综合干预模式开展相关工作。本文阐述了目前国内外老年人群艾滋病流行趋势和流行特征、一般老年人群艾滋病干预以及老年HIV/AIDS病例干预领域的最新研究进展,旨在为当前老年人群艾滋病防治提供有效的干预策略。In recent years,increasing number of HIV/AIDS cases aged 50 and above in China indicated that the situation of HIV infection in the elderly population was severe.At present,local and international interventions for HIV control among the elderly have not been widely promoted.The interventions are also relatively limited.It is urgent to develop a more accurate and effective comprehensive HIV intervention model among elderly population.This article described the current trends and characteristics of HIV prevalence among the elderly in China and in global,and the latest research progress on HIV intervention for the elderly,aiming to provide effective intervention strategies for HIV/AIDS prevention and control among the elderly.
