摘 要:宽带数字相控阵是目前军用雷达重点研究方向,均衡、补偿是实现高性能宽带数字相控阵的关键技术之一。文中给出了典型宽带数字阵收发链路数学模型以及补偿参数的计算方法,提出了中场和子阵远场两种宽带数字阵列宽带特性的测试方法,并对两种方法测试结果进行了对比分析;结合通道带内特性实测结果,进一步分析了在模拟通道幅度和相位动态变化情况下子阵合成后带内特性变化;最后对中场法提取数据的补偿效果进行测试验证。法向指向时,带内幅度起伏由补偿前约±2 dB补偿到了±0.15 dB,带内相位起伏由补偿前约±15°补偿到了±4.5°;扫描30°时,幅度起伏约±0.15 dB,相位起伏约±5°,稍高于法向,补偿效果良好,验证了测试及补偿方法的有效性。Broadband digital phased array is one of the research focuses on military radar in recent years,and equalization/compensation is one of the key technologies to achieve high performance broadband digital phased array.In this paper,the mathematical model of typical broadband digital array is presented.Based on this,the calculation method of compensation parameters is also obtained.Then,the mid-field method and the sub-array far-field method are proposed to measure the broadband characteristics of sub-array and channel,and the test results of two methods are compared.Based on the test results,the variations of the sub-array in-band characteristics with the changes of analog channels are further analyzed.Finally,the compensation effect of the mid-field method is tested and verified.In the normal direction,the in-band amplitude fluctuation is compensated from±2 dB to±0.15 dB and the phase fluctuation is compensated from±15°to±4.5°.When the beam points to 30°,the amplitude fluctuation is about±0.15 dB and the phase fluctuation is about±5°,which is slightly higher than the results in the normal direction.It turns out that the compensation effect is excellent,which verifies the validity of the proposed testing and compensation method.
