微创钢板接骨术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析胫骨平台骨折患者采用微创钢板接骨术(MIPO)治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月徐州矿务集团总医院收治的胫骨平台骨折患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为切开复位术组和观察组,各35例。切开复位术组实施传统切开复位术,观察组实施MIPO。比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生情况、膝关节功能及临床指标。结果:两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组跛行、交锁、不稳定、疼痛、肿胀、上楼、支持评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组手术时间、留置管引流时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,膝关节活动度大于对照组,Rasmussen评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:胫骨平台骨折患者使用MIPO改善膝关节功能效果显著,疗效更佳,安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of minimally invasive plate osteoplasty(MIPO)on patients with tibial plateau fracture.Methods:A total of 70 patients with tibial plateau fractures were selected as the research subjects at the Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022,and were divided into the open reduction group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The open reduction group underwent traditional open reduction,and the observation group underwent MIPO.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of complications,knee joint function and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,lameness,locking,instability,pain,swelling,climbing and support scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The operative time,indwelling tube drainage time,fracture healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the knee joint motion was greater than that in the control group,and the Rasmussen score was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The use of MIPO in patients with tibial plateau fractures has significant effects on improving knee joint function,with better efficacy and higher safety.
