粤北地区亚厘米级肺结节患者的影像学特征及相关临床病理特点分析

摘　　要：目的:分析粤北地区亚厘米级肺结节(SPN)患者的影像特征及相关临床病理特点。方法:回顾性分析2020年3月—2023年5月广东韶关粤北人民医院收治的500例SPN患者的临床资料,根据病理检查结果分为恶性组(n=320)和良性组(n=180)。统计两组临床资料,分析SPN性质的影响因素,采用受试者工作曲线计算各危险因素对SPN性质的诊断效能。结果:吸烟史、肿瘤史、结节密度、影像学结节大小、分叶征、空泡征是SPH性质的影响因素(P<0.05)。各危险因素诊断SPN性质的效能从高到低分别是影像学结节大小、肿瘤史、吸烟史、分叶征、空泡征(P<0.05)。结论:影像学结节大小、肿瘤史、吸烟史、分叶征、空泡征对诊断SPN性质有一定效能,可为SPN性质鉴别提供重要线索。Objective:To analyze the imaging characteristics and related clinicopathological characteristics of patients with sub centimeter pulmonary nodules(SPN)in northern Guangdong province.Methods:The clinical data of 500 SPN patients admitted to Shaoguan Yuebei People's Hospital,Guangdong from March 2020 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the malignant group(n=320)and the benign group(n=180)based on pathological examination results.The clinical data of the two groups were collected,the factors influencing the nature of SPN were analyzed,and the diagnostic efficacy of each risk factor for SPN was calculated by using the receiver operating curve.Results:Smoking history,tumor history,nodule density,imaging nodule size,lobulation sign,and vacuole sign are influencing factors of the nature of SPH(P<0.05).The effectiveness of each risk factor in diagnosing the nature of SPN from high to low is imaging nodule size,tumor history,smoking history,lobulation sign,and vacuole sign(P<0.05).Conclusion:The imaging nodule size,tumor history,smoking history,lobulation sign,and vacuole sign have certain effectiveness in diagnosing the nature of SPN and can provide important clues for the identification of the nature of SPN.
