摘　　要：目的:分析免疫功能及凝血功能指标评估肺炎支原体肺炎患儿病情严重程度的价值。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月常州市第一人民医院收治的80例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,根据病情严重程度分为轻症组与重症组,各40例。比较两组凝血功能及免疫功能指标。结果:两组纤维蛋白原降解产物水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重症组纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平高于轻症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组免疫球蛋白G、补体C3、补体C4水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重症组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)水平低于轻症组,免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平高于轻症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症与轻症肺炎支原体肺炎患儿FIB、D-D、IgA、IgM水平存在一定差异,可以为病情严重程度的评估提供一定参考。Objective:To analyze the value of immune function and coagulation function in evaluating the severity of mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods:A total of 80 children with mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to the First People's Hospital of Changzhou from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the severity of the disease,they were divided into mild group and severe group,with 40 cases in each group.The coagulation function and immune function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of fibrinogen degradation products between the two groups(P>0.05);The levels of fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D D)in the severe group were higher than those in the mild group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of immunoglobulin G,complement C3,and complement C4 between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of immunoglobulin A(IgA)in the severe group was lower than that in the mild group,while the level of immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the severe group was higher than that in the mild group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain difference in the levels of FIB,D-D,IgA,and IgM indicators between severe children and mild children of mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia,which can provide a reference for evaluating the severity of the disease.
