摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈在前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切除术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6—12月武汉市新洲区人民医院收治的前列腺增生患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采取常规健康教育,观察组开展品管圈活动。比较两组术后健康教育知识知晓情况、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组健康教育知识总知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组术后短暂性尿失禁、膀胱痉挛、抑郁状态、尿路感染发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论:品管圈在前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切除术后患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者健康教育知晓率及满意度,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of quality control circle in patients with hyperplasia of prostate after transurethral resection of prostate.Methods:A total of 80 patients with prostatic hyperplasia were selected as the study objects at the Xinzhou District People's Hospital of Wuhan City from June to December 2022,and divided into two groups with 40 patients each according to random number table method.The control group took routine health education,and the observation group carried out quality control circle activities.The knowledge of postoperative health education,the occurrence of complications and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The total awareness rate of health education knowledge in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of transient urinary incontinence,bladder spasm,depression and urinary tract infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).Conclusion:The application of quality control circle in patients with hyperplasia of prostate after transurethral resection of prostate is remarkable,which can improve the awareness rate and satisfaction rate of patients'health education,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
