摘　　要：目的:探究社区家庭医生服务模式在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年3月北京市朝阳区常营社区卫生服务中心登记就诊的2型糖尿病患者88例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组实施常规服务管理模式,观察组实施社区家庭医生服务模式。比较两组用药依从性、血糖指标、满意度及糖尿病控制情况。结果:干预后,观察组用药依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。干预后,观察组糖尿病自觉症状、生活习惯、治疗情况、生存技能、治疗目标、疾病知识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者实施社区家庭医生服务模式的效果显著,可提高其用药依从性,控制血糖水平,提高满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of community family doctor service mode in type 2 diabetes patients.Methods:From March 2020 to March 2021,88 patients with type 2 diabetes who were registered at Beijing Chaoyang District Changying Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional service management mode,and the observation group implemented community family doctor service mode.The medication compliance,blood glucose index,satisfaction and diabetes control of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the medication compliance score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).After the intervention,the scores of diabetes subjective symptoms,living habits,treatment conditions,survival skills,treatment goals and disease knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of community family doctor service mode in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has a significant effect,which can improve their medication compliance,control blood glucose level and improve satisfaction.
