基于“脑肠轴”探讨腹针治疗脑卒中后肢体运动功能障碍作用机制

摘　　要：卒中患者中,因损伤面积和位置不同往往会遗留不同程度的后遗症,其中肢体运动功能障碍是脑卒中患者中最常见的后遗症,严重影响患者身心健康与生活质量。腹针作为一种新疗法,有别于传统针灸,能够更加快速有效的作用于靶器官,在治疗脑卒中后肢体运动障碍中疗效显著,临床已被证实。文章以脑肠轴理论作为切入点,从肠道菌群,神经-内分泌-免疫网络初步探讨腹针治疗卒中后肢体运动障碍的作用机制,为腹针治疗提供理论支持,证明其临床价值。同时,中医学从脏腑、经络、四海、腹部全息等多角度、多层次揭示了腹针治疗的基本原理,腹针以治病求本为治疗原则,从脏腑入手,对全身起调节作用,能调节肠道菌群、抑制免疫炎症反应、作用神经-内分泌通路,修复损伤脑组织,促进兴奋向四肢传导,从而促进肢体运动功能恢复。Stroke patients often have varying degrees of sequelae due to different injury areas and locations.Among them,limb motor dysfunction is the most common sequelae in stroke patients,which seriously affects patients’physical and mental health and quality of life.As a new therapy,abdominal acupuncture is different from traditional acupuncture in that it can act on target organs more quickly and effectively.It has significant efficacy in treating limb movement disorders after stroke,and has been clinically proven.This article uses the brain-gut axis theory as an entry point to preliminarily explore the mechanism of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke limb movement disorders from the perspective of intestinal flora and neuro-endocrine-immune network,providing theoretical support for abdominal acupuncture treatment and proving its clinical value.At the same time,traditional Chinese medicine reveals the basic principles of abdominal acupuncture treatment from multiple angles and levels such as the internal organs,meridians,four seas,and abdominal holography.It regulates intestinal flora,inhibits immune and inflammatory responses,acts on neuro-endocrine pathways,repairs damaged brain tissue,and promotes the transmission of excitement to the limbs,thus promoting the recovery of limb motor functions.
