自拟扶正解毒汤治疗肿瘤放疗不良反应的疗效分析及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究自拟扶正解毒汤治疗肿瘤放疗不良反应的疗效分析及对生活质量的影响,方法:将2019年1月—2023年1月收治的100例肿瘤放疗患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各50例。对照组予以放射疗法治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用自拟扶正解毒汤治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组骨髓抑制、消化道不良反应、睡眠质量、临床症状、生活质量。结果:治疗后,试验组胃肠道不良反应评分低于对照组(P<0.05),骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),PSQI指数低于对照组(P<0.05),临床症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟扶正解毒汤治疗肿瘤放疗可以降低不良反应发生率,改善患者生活质量,提高生存期生活质量。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction on adverse reactions to tumor radiotherapy and its impact on quality of life.Methods:100 tumor radiotherapy patients admitted from January 2019 to January 2023 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with radiation therapy,while the experimental group was treated with Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal adverse reactions,sleep quality,clinical symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the gastrointestinal adverse reaction score of the test group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of bone marrow suppression was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the PSQI index was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the clinical symptom score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the quality of life during the survival period in the treatment of tumor radiotherapy.
