摘　　要：“快、狠、准、活”是我国羽毛球的技术风格,国际羽毛球竞赛规则将换发球制改为每球得分制,突出了“快”的方向。青少年是羽毛球运动员的成长期,也是技术风格形成的成长期,本文以“快”为核心,分析青少年羽毛球运动员“快”字技术风格的培养。"fast,ruthless,accurate,live"is the technical style of badminton in China.The international badminton competition rules will change the service system to the scoring system of each ball,highlighting the direction of"fast".Youth is the growth period of badminton players,but also the growth period of the formation of technical style.This paper takes"fast"as the core and analyzes the cultivation of"fast"technical style of young badminton players.
