摘  要:选区激光熔化技术(SLM)是一种新型的成形技术,可应用于各个行业生产复杂的小批量金属零件。SLM成形使用高功率激光束来选择性地熔化粉末颗粒,这些熔融粉末颗粒沿着激光轨迹重新结合形成所需的形状。零件的表面质量影响其使用性能,由于SLM成形工艺的特殊性,表面形貌受熔池、熔道搭接和层间结合的影响会出现特殊的表面纹理和空隙、球化等缺陷。介绍了SLM成形316L不锈钢零件的表面形貌最新研究进展,总结了粉末粒径分布、铺粉质量、激光参数及后后处理等因素对零件表面质量的影响,梳理了该领域中目前还待进一步探索的问题,为选区激光熔化技术成形316L不锈钢复杂零件的发展与应用提供进一步的参考。Selective Laser Melting(SLM)is an emergingmolding technology,which can be used to manufacture complex metallic parts in small batches in various industries.A high-power laser beam is used in order to selectively melt powder particles in SLM.These molten powder particles recombine together and resolidify along the laser trajectory to form the desired shape.The surface quality of the metallic part can affect their service performance.Due to the particularity of SLM molding process,its surface morphology can be affected by the molten pool,melt track sintering and layer combination,causing special surface texture,pores,layer powder spheroidization and other defects.With the introduction of the recent research progress on surface morphology of 316L stainless steel part by SLM,the effects of powder particle distribution,powder laying quality,laser parameters and post-treatments on surface quality of parts were summarized.Besides,the problems was sorted out to be further explored in this field.All these could serve as a reference and aid for the further development and application of 316L stainless steel complex part by SLM.
