墨旱莲复方提取物的活性及洗发乳的研制

摘　　要：以墨旱莲复方提取物为主要活性成分,研制了一款中药复方洗发乳。采用紫外分光光度法测定复合提取物中总有效成分含量,通过体外抗氧化试验研究党参复方的抗氧化能力。根据洗发水配制原则,筛选以氨基酸表面活性剂为主的基本配方,并对其进行评价。结果显示,墨旱莲复方提取物中的总多酚含量为29.68%、总黄酮含量69.344%、总皂苷含量为17.468%;抗氧化试验表明墨旱莲复方清除ABTS自由基、DPPH自由基、羟自由基能力在一定范围随着复方提取物浓度的增大而增强;性能评价表明制备的洗发液符合国家标准。表明墨旱莲复方可以用于中药洗发乳的开发。A Chinese herbal compound shampoo was developed with Eclipta Eclipta compound extract as the main active ingredient.The content of total effective components in the compound extract was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The antioxidant capacity of Codonopsis pilosula compound was studied by in vitro antioxidant test.According to the principle of shampoo preparation,the basic formula based on amino acid surfactant was screened and evaluated.The results showed that the total polyphenol content,total flavone content and total saponin content of Eclipta Eclipta compound extract were 29.68%,69.344%and 17.468%,respectively.The antioxidant test showed that the ability of Eclipta Eclipta compound to scavenge ABTS free radicals,DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals increased with the increase of the concentration of the compound extract in a certain range.The performance evaluation showed that the shampoo prepared met the national standard.It showed that Eclipta Eclipta could be used in the development of traditional Chinese medicine shampoo.
