摘  要:纳米金因具有良好的抗菌性能、体系稳定性和生物相容性受到广泛关注。以氯金酸溶液为原料,硼氢化钠溶液为还原剂制备纳米金溶液。通过改变反应试剂种类、还原剂浓度、浴比等因素,探索对实验产物的影响。当硼氢化钠的浓度为2 400 mg/L时,90℃磁力搅拌作用下与100 mg/L的氯金酸溶液的反应较为彻底。透射电镜和粒径测试表明此时纳米金的粒径在10 nm左右,品相良好,具有良好的耐化学稳定性及耐高低温稳定性,并对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌表现出抗菌性。Gold nanoparticles have received extensive attention due to their good antibacterial properties,system stability and biocompatibility.The nano-gold solution was prepared by using chloroauric acid solution as raw material and sodium borohydride solution as reducing agent.By changing the types of reaction reagents,reducing agent concentration,liquor ratio and other factors,the influence on the experimental product was explored.When the concentration of sodium borohydride was 2400 mg/L,the reaction with 100 mg/L chloroauric acid solution was relatively complete under the action of magnetic stirring at 90℃.Transmission electron microscope and particle size test showed that the particle size of gold nanoparticles was about 10 nm at this time,the quality was good,it had good chemical resistance and high and low temperature stability,and it had antibacterial properties against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
