摘  要:为除氢氧化锂苛化液中的SO_(4)^(2-),采用重结晶法进行了除SO42-的探索性实验,并在产线上进行了重结晶验证试验。实验结果表明,氢氧化锂苛化液Li含量为9 364.3 mg/L,蒸发浓缩比约为6∶1,蒸汽压力0.10~0.15 MPa,蒸发时间在2.0~2.5 h,蒸发锅内真空度为-0.065 MPa,冷却水快速冷却温度至35~40℃,能够有效地去除SO42-。所得产品,即单水氢氧化锂,其LiOH的主要含量约57.09%,SO42-含量小于0.01%,均达到电池级单水氢氧化锂水平。这一探索性实验为氢氧化锂生产过程中的杂质控制提供了一种有效的解决方案。In order to remove SO_(4)^(2-) from lithium hydroxide caustic,exploratory experiments for SO_(4)^(2-) removal were carried out by recrystallization method,and recrystallization validation tests were conducted on the production line.The experimental results showed that Li content of lithium hydroxide caustic solution was 9364.3 mg/L,the evaporation-concentration ratio was about 6∶1,the vapor pressure was 0.10~0.15 MPa,the evaporation time was in the range of 2.0~2.5 h,the vacuum in the evaporation kettle was-0.065 MPa,and the cooling water was rapidly cooled down to a temperature of 35~40℃,which was able to remove SO 2-4 effectively.The main LiOH content of lithium hydroxide monohydrate was about 57.09%,and SO_(4)^(2-) content was less than 0.01%,which were up to the level of battery-grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate.An effective solution was provided for impurity control during lithium hydroxide production.
