摘 要:采用正常Wistar大鼠共70只,分为7组,每组10只,除空白组外,分别口服给以高、低剂量复方黄黛片、雄黄及雄黄水溶物,连续给药8周后,取其心脏。采用ICP-AOS光谱法测定复方黄黛片、雄黄及水溶性砷给药后大鼠心脏中总砷含量,推测复方黄黛片引起心脏毒性的物质基础。结果显示同剂量复方黄黛片给药组与雄黄给药组及雄黄水溶物给药组中总砷的含量没有显著性差异,说明复方黄黛片引起心脏毒性的主要物质为水溶性砷。A total of 70 normal Wistar rats were divided into 7 groups,10 rats for every group,except for blank group,others were treated with high and low doses of Realgar-Indigo naturalis,realgar or water-soluble arsenic for 8 weeks.Hearts were separated from rats and ICP-AOS spectroscopy was used to determine total arsenic content in hearts after irrigating Realgar-Indigo naturalis,realgar or water-soluble arsenic for rats,to reveal the material foundation of Realgar-Indigo naturalis which caused cardiac toxicity in rats.The results showed that there was no significant difference of total arsenic in different groups with same dose of Realgar-Indigo naturalis.It was concluded that the main substance caused heart toxicity was water-soluble arsenic.
