物理吸附法处理高盐废水中5种金属离子的脱除工艺研究

摘  要:研究了相同质量的吸附剂在不同时间段对重金属离子的吸附,进一步探讨在时间相同时不同质量的吸附剂对重金属离子的去除率。研究表明铬离子最佳脱除工艺是吸附时间为2 h,吸附剂质量为1.200 g, 97.58%,铜最佳脱除工艺是吸附时间为2.5 h,吸附剂质量为1.000 g时,97.75%,银最佳脱除工艺是吸附时间为3.5 h,吸附剂质量为1.500 g时,去除率为97.83%,锰最佳脱除工艺是吸附时间为50 min,吸附剂质量为1.300 g时,去除率为93.44%,铅最佳脱除工艺是吸附时间为2.5 h,吸附剂质量为0.800 g时,去除率为94.05%。The adsorption of heavy metal ions by the same mass of adsorbent at different time periods was studied,and the removal rate of heavy metal ions by different mass of adsorbent at the same time was further discussed.The research showed that the best removal process for chromium ion was adsorption time of 2 h,adsorbent mass of 1.200 g,97.58%,the best removal process for copper was adsorption time of 2.5 h,adsorbent mass of 1.000 g,97.75%,the best removal process for silver was adsorption time of 3.5 h,adsorbent mass of 1.500 g,97.83%,the best removal process for manganese was adsorption time of 50 min,and adsorbent mass of 1.300 g,93.44%,the best lead removal process was that the removal rate was 94.05%when the adsorption time was 2.5 h and the mass of adsorbent was 0.800 g.
