摘  要:本研究优选苦黄温度敏感眼用凝胶的最佳提取工艺条件,为苦黄温度敏感眼用凝胶新剂型制备工艺研究打下基础。本研究采用正交设计试验,对影响黄芩水煎煮提取效果的提取时间、提取次数、加水量三个因素进行考察,以黄芩苷提取量为评价指标,每个因素选用3个水平进行正交试验优选。通过试验结果确定提取工艺参数为以水为溶媒,提取3次,加水量为5、4、4倍量,每次提取1 h。正交设计结果科学合理,黄芩苷提取较高,可选为最佳提取工艺,适合工业生产。The optimum extraction conditions of Kuhuang temperature sensitive eye gel were selected,which laid the foundation for the preparation of new dosage forms of Kuhuang temperature sensitive eye gel.The orthogonal design experiment was used to investigate the three factors affecting the extraction time,extraction times and added water of scutellaria baicalensis.With the extraction amount of baicalin as the evaluation index,3 levels of each factor were selected to optimize the orthogonal test.According to the test results,the extraction process parameters were determined to take water as the solvent,extract 3 times,add 5,4 times the amount of water,and extract 1 h each time.The orthogonal design results were scientific and reasonable,the extraction of baicalin was higher,and it could be selected as the best extraction process,which was suitable for industrial production.
