摘 要:本文采用超滤膜膜分离方法处理养虾废水,通过过滤前后养虾废水中污染物含量变化考察膜分离技术处理效果。可以得出:浊度、TN、TP、NH_(3)-N、CODCr、TOC的去除率分别是96.4%、83.6%、70%、75%、21.6%、14.36%。从去除率可知超滤膜对浊度、TN、TP、NH_(3)-N的去除效果较好,对有机物质COD_(Cr)、TOC去除效果不明显,由渗透通量与TMP变化可知直接采用超滤膜处理养虾废水是TMP值由0.04 MPa达到0.09 MPa上升较快,同时膜比通量J_(i)/J_(0)下降迅速,超滤膜受到一定程度的膜污染。The ultrafiltration membrane separation method was used to treat shrimp wastewater.The treatment effect of membrane separation technology was investigated through the change of pollutant content in shrimp wastewater before and after filtration.It could be concluded that the removal rates of turbidity,TN,TP,NH _(3)-N,COD Cr,and TOC were 96.4%,83.6%,70%,75%,21.6%and 14.36%,respectively.From the removal rate,it could be seen that the removal effect of ultrafiltration membranes on turbidity,TN,TP and NH_(3)-N was very good,the removal rate of organic substances COD_(Cr) and TOC was low,and the removal effect was not obvious.From the changes of osmotic flux and TMP,it could be seen that the direct treatment of shrimp wastewater with ultrafiltration membrane was that TMP value rises rapidly from 0.04 MPa to 0.09 MPa,the membrane decreased rapidly than the flux J_(i)/J_(0),and the ultrafiltration membrane was contaminated to a certain extent.
