摘 要:粉末喷涂具有环境友好、生产效率高、涂层机械性能好等突出优势,是大型车辆涂装的发展趋势。大型货车外壳具有大表面积和异形结构的特征,其异形特征与喷涂工艺之间可以产生相互影响的耦合效应,直接影响涂层厚度的均匀性,如何保证均匀的涂层厚度是提高涂装制品质量的关键。为了更合理的指导粉末涂装工艺设置,本研究综合考察了喷涂电压、喷涂时间以及工件曲率半径对工件涂层厚度的影响。结果显示,在一定范围内提高喷涂电压和喷涂时间,可以提高涂层厚度,但是过高的喷涂电压和喷涂时间,粉末与工件之间会发生击穿,并减小涂层厚度;提高喷涂电压,到达最大涂层厚度的时间缩短;工件曲率半径越小,表面电荷密度越高。达到最大涂层厚度的喷涂电压和喷涂时间越小。在实际生产中,必须综合考虑喷涂电压、喷涂时间以及工件曲率三个因素对涂层厚度的影响。本研究成果将为精确优化粉末喷涂生产工艺提供理论依据。Powder coating has outstanding advantages such as environmental friendliness,high production efficiency,and good coating mechanical properties,making it a development trend for the coating of large truck shell.The shell of large trucks has the characteristics of large surface area and irregular structure,and the coupling effect between its irregular characteristics and coating process can directly affect the uniformity of coating thickness.The way to ensure uniform coating thickness is the key to improving the quality of coated products.In order to make more reasonable process,the effects of coating voltage,coating timeand curvature radius on the coating thickness of the workpiece were comprehensively examined.The results showed that increasing the coating voltage and coating time within a certain range could increase the coating thickness.However,if the coating voltage and coating time were too high,breakdown would occur between the powder and the workpiece,and the coating thickness would be reduced.Increasing the coating voltage could reduce the time to reach the maximum coating thickness,a smaller curvature radius led to a higher surface charge density and a shorter coating time to reach the maximum thickness.In actual production,it was necessary to comprehensively consider the influence of coating voltage,coating time,and curvature on the coating thickness.The results of this study would provide a theoretical basis for accurately optimizing the powder coating production process.
