摘  要:以典型化工设备拆装实训课程为背景,以管壳式换热器为实例,结合管壳式换热器的四种类型的真实设备作为拆装对象,以确保实践教学的安全性保障为遵旨,结合工程实践的需求和企业在用管壳式换热器的实际状况,开发出校内管壳式换热器拆装实训项目,该拆装实训项目在工程实践教学课堂发挥了重要的支撑作用,大大强化了典型化工设备拆装课程的可行性和适用性,在培养化工类专业学生的工程实践技能方面奠定了基础。Based on the practical course of Disassembly and Assembly of Typical Chemical Equipment,taking shell-and-tube heat exchangers as an example and combining with four kinds of real equipment of shell-and-tube heat exchangers as disassembly objects,aimed to ensure the safety of practical teaching,based on the requirement of engineering practice and the actual situation of shell-and-tube heat exchangers used in enterprises,the disassembly and assembly training project of shell-and-tube heat exchangers in school was developed,it had greatly strengthened the feasibility and applicability of the course of Disassembly and Assembly of Typical Chemical Equipment,and laid a foundation for cultivating the engineering practice skills of students majoring in Chemical Engineering.
