摘 要:设计了一个典型的酰胺反应,蜂毒肽(melittin)中的氨基与氧化石墨烯表面的羧基通过脱水缩合反应得到了复合抗菌材料。我们设计的脱水缩合反应,让学生在了解科研前沿一些材料的同时,还可以锻炼学生通过典型缩合反应制备有机合成材料的能力,将书本上的理论知识与实验操作结合,熟悉复合材料的表征方法,掌握相关仪器设备的使用;最后,将所制备的复合材料用于实际的抗菌实验,把有机化学制备的产物应用于药物化学中,让学生对有机化学的合成及学科间的交叉融合有一个基本了解,帮助学生深入了解科学前言,提高科学素养。A typical amide reaction was designed:the amino group og melittin,and the carboxyl group on the surface of graphene oxide were condensed by dehydration to obtain a composite antibacterial material with high antibacterial efficiency.Firstly,the dehydration condensation reaction of melittin and graphene oxide designed by us could let students understand some materials which were used in the forefront of scientific research,such as graphene oxide and antimicrobial peptides;Secondly,it could exercise students ability to prepare organic synthetic materials through typical condensation reactions,combine theoretical knowledge from books with experimental operations,and become familiar with the characterization methods of composite materials,mastering the use of relevant instruments and equipment.Finally,the prepared composite materials would be used for practical antibacterial experiments,and the products prepared from Organic Chemistry would be applied to Pharmaceutical Chemistry.This would provide students with a basic understanding of the synthesis of Organic Chemistry and the interdisciplinary integration,helping them to gain a deeper understanding of scientific introduction and improve their scientific literacy.
