外侧半月板切除继发膝外翻患者应用全膝关节置换术治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析全膝关节置换术治疗外侧半月板切除继发膝外翻的应用效果。方法:我院2014年1月-2022年1月收治的外侧半月板切除继发膝外翻患者20例被纳入此次研究。患者均接受全膝关节置换术治疗,分析治疗前后膝关节功能评分、股胫角、膝关节活动度、疼痛评分的变化。结果:20例患者治疗前后,膝关节功能评分分别为(69.34±6.13)分、(91.36±6.27)分,治疗前后患者的股胫角分别为19.36°±5.14°、6.17°±1.26°,治疗前后患者膝关节活动度分别为78.31°±10.17°115.27°±8.19°,术后第1天疼痛评分与术后第2天疼痛评分分别为(3.63±0.49)分、(2.61±0.51)分。同治疗前相比,经治疗后膝关节功能评分有显著提升,股胫角和膝关节活动度有明显改变,差异具有统计学意义(zt=13.755、13.651、15.503、7.899,P<0.05)。结论:予以外侧半月板切除继发膝外翻患者全膝关节置换术治疗方法,有助于改善患者的膝关节功能,利于提高患者的生活质量,疗效令人满意,推广应用价值较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of knee valgus secondary to lateral meniscecto-my.Methods:A total of 20 patients were included in this study.They were all patients with genu valgus secondary to lateral meniscecto-my treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2022.All patients received total knee arthroplasty.The changes of knee function score,femoral tibial angle,knee range of motion and pain score before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:Before and after treat-ment,the knee function score of 20 patients were(69.34±6.13)、(91.36±6.27)respectively,the femoral tibial angle was(19.36±5.14)、(6.17±1.26)°before and after treatment,the knee range of motion was(78.31±10.17)°、(115.27±8.19)°,the pain score on the first day after operation and the pain score on the second day after operation were(3.63±0.49)、(2.61±0.51).Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the knee function score was significantly improved,and the femoral tibial angle and knee range of motion were significantly changed.The data were significantly different(t=13.755,13.651,15.503,7.899,P<0.05).Conclusion:Total knee arthroplasty for patients with secondary genu valgus after lateral meniscectomy is helpful to improve the knee function and improve the quality of life of patients.The curative effect is satisfactory and has high value of populariza-tion and application.
