摘　　要：目的:探究超短波联合穴位按摩对骨伤患者术后康复和血液循环的影响。方法:选择我院2019年1月-2022年10月接受治疗的136例骨伤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其区分为观察组(n=68,在常规围术期干预基础上联合超短波与穴位按摩)和对照组(n=68,接受常规围术期干预),对比2组患者围术期血液流变学指标(血浆黏度、高切黏度、低切黏度)变化、围术期血清炎症因子(TNF-α和IL-6)水平、术后2组患者疼痛度、围术期并发症发生率差异。结果:术后5天时观察组患者的血浆黏度、高切黏度、低切黏度均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后5天时观察组患者的TNF-α以及IL-6水平均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后5天及1个月时观察组患者的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而术后3个月时2组患者的VAS评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者围术期并发症发生率为2.94%(2/68),明显低于对照组的11.76%(8/68),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对骨伤患者开展超短波联合穴位按摩有助于改善患者围术期血液流变学指标,可以缓解患者围术期炎症状态,降低患者术后早期疼痛度,同时还可以降低围术期并发症发生率,具有一定的推广应用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of ultrashort wave combined with acupoint massage on the postoperative rehabilitation and blood circulation of patients with bone injuries;Methods:136 patients with bone injuries who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the study group(n=68,combined with ultrashort wave and acupoint massage on the basis of routine perioperative intervention)and the control group(n=68,accepted routine periopera-tive intervention)according to the random number table method.The changes of hemorheology indexes(plasma viscosity,high shear vis-cosity,low shear viscosity)in the perioperative period of the two groups were compared Perioperative serum inflammatory factor(TNF-αAnd IL-6)levels,the degree of pain and the incidence of perioperative complications in the two groups were different;Results:The plasma viscosity,high shear viscosity and low shear viscosity of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group at the 5th day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);TNF of patients in the study group 5 days after operation-αThe average level of IL-6 was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group 5 days and 1 month after surgery,with a statis-tically significant difference(P<0.05),while the VAS scores of the patients in the two groups at 3 months after surgery had no statisti-cally significant difference(P>0.05);The incidence of perioperative complications in the study group was 2.94%(2/68),significant-ly lower than that in the control group[11.76%(8/68)],with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Conclusion:The com-bination of ultrashort wave and acupoint massage for patients with bone injury is helpful to improve the perioperative hemorheology indexes of patients,alleviate the perioperative inflammatory state of patie
