严重创伤骨折120院前急救的护理措施及效果探究

摘　　要：目的:围绕严重创伤骨折患者,给予120院前急救护理措施,分析其应用效果。方法:本次研究选取我院2019年1月-12月收治的严重创伤骨折患者80例作为研究对象,按照入院时间分为观察组(40例,优化院前急救护理)与对照组(40例,常规院前急救护理),对2组急救效果对比。结果:观察组骨骼指标、急救质量、生活质量改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.50%,显著低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05);观察组急救满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:优化120院前急救护理措施可明显改善严重创伤骨折患者骨骼状态,降低患者系列不良反应,促进其康复进程,提高其生活质量及满意度。Objective:To provide 120 pre-hospital emergency care measures for patients with severe trauma and fractures and ana-lyze the effect of their application.Methods:Based on a specific time period(January 2019-December 2019),this study selected 80 patients with severe trauma fractures admitted to a specific range(our hospital)as the research object,and divided them into observations according to the time of admission Group(40 cases,optimized pre-hospital emergency care)and control group(40 cases,conventional pre-hospital emergency care),compared the first aid effects of the two groups.Results:The improvement of bone indicators,first aid quality and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reac-tion rate in the observation group was 2.50%,which was significantly lower than the control group 15.00%(P<0.05);The first aid satisfaction rate of the group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than the 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Optimizing 120 pre-hospital emergency care measures can significantly improve the bone condition of patients with severe trauma and fracture,reduce the series of adverse reactions of patients,promote their rehabilitation process,and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
