摘 要:科学城建设是知识经济时代的一个热点,无论其生态、生产和生活三者的规划如何安排,作为一个相对独立的聚落,偏废任何一方,都难以维持长久的繁荣。就筑波科学城而言,生态又是三者中最突出的主线与重点。文章按初创、发展、成熟三个阶段,阐述了筑波科学城建设中对待生态的理念、制度、行动、结果的变化及其相关影响和限制因素,总结了其建设的得失和启示,以期对我国科学城的更新建设有所借鉴。The construction of science city is a hot topic in the era of knowledge economy.As a comparatively independent region,no matter how it is arranged in the planning of ecology,production and life,it is difficult to maintain long-term prosperity by deviating from any of them.In the case of Tsukuba Science City,ecology is the most prominent and important part of the three.This paper analyzes the changes in the concepts,systems,actions and results in treating ecology in the construction of Tsukuba Science City as well as the related influences and constraints in three stages of establishment,development and mature.It summarizes the achievements,failures and insights in the process of construction,in order to provide a reference for the renewal and construction of science city in our country.
