非正式商业空间对城市街道的影响研究——以曾厝垵北二路为例

摘　　要：城市的快速发展,使得城市规模也逐步扩大,随之而来的是劳动力数量上升与就业岗位的不匹配所产生的矛盾,并催生城市非正规性就业。非正规性就业所形成的非正式商业空间给城市带来许多影响。文章以老旧小区非正式商业空间为出发点,对厦门市曾厝垵北二路与其周边小区进行调查与分析,探索非正式商业空间对城市发展的影响,同时归纳其形成的原因,最后从城市居民、商贩、城市管理部门三个方面综合考虑,提出对非正式商业空间下的街道的管理策略。With the rapid development of cities,the scale of cities has gradually expanded,followed by the contradition between the increase of the number of labor force and the mismatched jobs,which has brought about urban informal employment.Informal commercial space formed by informal employment also brings many impacts to the city.Taking the informal commercial space in the old residential blocks as a starting point,the paper investigates and analyzes the residential blocks on Xiamen Zengcuo'an North Second Road and their surrounding areas,explores the influence of informal commercial space on urban development,and summarizes the cause of its formation.Finally,the paper considers comprehensively from three aspects of urban residents,vendors and urban administration departments to put forward the management strategies of the street under the informal commercial space.
